CHEMICAL BURNS

Chemical Burns are a common occurrence. Some familiar household chemicals that we often see burn lawns are listed below.

• Fuel Spills
• Over Fertilising
• White Spirit
• Paint
• Household cleaning goods

These are often a result of bad practice and can be avoided by more care being taken whilst handling such chemicals.

HELPFUL TIP:  Best practice is to never take any chemicals to your lawn, if however you have no choice a large piece of cardboard can offer great protection.. Never use cloth sheets.
