1. Terms of Service

These terms govern the supply of lawn care services by Luxury Lawns. By requesting or receiving our services, you agree to these terms.
1.2 Service Agreement
Services are delivered as detailed in our website, brochures, and quotes. Lawn care involves natural processes; outcomes may vary due to weather, ground conditions, pests, or animals. We advise following our lawn care specialists’ guidance for best results.
1.3 Treatment Schedule & Access
Services are priced for specific areas and dates. If you request a rescheduled visit, additional charges may apply to cover travel, fuel, and scheduling. If we cannot access your property as agreed, we may charge for costs incurred due to travel and time, and may reschedule services at a higher rate to cover extra fuel and staff costs.
2. Payment & Late Charges
2.1 Payment
Invoices are due on receipt. Payment can be made via card, bank transfer, or Direct Debit (for annual programmes).
2.2 Late Payments
If payment is not made within 14 days of the invoice date, we may charge interest at 8% above the base rate of NatWest Bank, accrued daily until payment is received.
2.3 Access Charges
Failure to allow access for scheduled services may incur additional costs due to rising fuel prices, heavier traffic, and staff time.
3. Refund Policy
Luxury Lawns will handle refund requests individually. The process may depend on your payment method.
- Requests must be made in writing via email or post.
- We aim to process qualifying claims within 30 days.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1 General
Luxury Lawns provides services with reasonable care and skill. Minor incidents, including damage to small items (e.g., plant pots, ornaments), are not our responsibility unless caused by negligence.
4.2 Force Majeure
We are not liable for damage caused by weather, pets, pests, or other events beyond our control.
4.3 Maximum Liability
Where legally liable, our total liability is limited to the cost of the services received. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses.
